This wine is made from 100% Meunier grapes from two specific vineyards at different elevations with north and northeast exposure. It is vinified without separating the first and second pressings and aged in egg-shaped barrels and amphoras.

• The wine presents an intense, pale yellow color with a lively, floral and citrus-scented bouquet featuring linden flowers, orange blossoms, and grapefruit. It has a full-bodied, powerful taste with a crisp texture and a lingering, spicy freshness.
