Soap With Confidence is created to help you understand not just how to make soap, but why each step matters, so you leave feeling comfortable and capable of continuing on your own. We’ll start with the foundations, including a brief history of soap, why it’s still made today, how natural oils work together, the equipment you’ll need, and essential safety practices. Then it’s time to create. You’ll mix, pour, and design your very own batch of cold process soap from start to finish. During class, you’ll make a full soap loaf using one of Maker’s Haven’s 200+ fragrances. You get to choose the scent that fits your style. Your soap is poured into your own mold during class, and you’ll take everything home the same day. From there, you’ll allow your soap to cure and cut it at home when it’s ready. No return visit is required. This class is designed to empower you with practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the confidence to keep making soap long after class is over.
