This piece is handmade in Italy using a stretched fabric called Nebulite, one made from resin and fiberglass. Nebulite’s fine texture makes it perfect for illustrating the marks of the moon’s surface. The fibers of the material diffuse light and accentuate the familiar silhouette of our moon. The lamp generates a soft, spacious ambient glow that visually lifts the floor as it leaves a warm-hued glaze over the surface.
