Executive Chef Matt Sciabarrasi and Sous Chef James Gross of J’s Restaurant have crafted a seasonal three-course menu celebrating the freshest local ingredients and the natural harmony between farm-grown cuisine and Nashoba’s wines and spirits. From plate to glass, every detail of the evening is rooted in local craftsmanship. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a wine or spirit produced on-site by Nashoba owner Justin Pelletier, creating a true farm-to-table experience that begins in the vineyard and ends at your table. Set at the Terrace Bar, against the backdrop of the orchard and vineyard, this intimate outside dining experience is a celebration of local flavor, culinary artistry, and the bounty of the season. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Guests must select their entrée prior to the event. We will contact guests after ticket purchase to confirm meal selection.
