SUMMER PRESSED FLOWER WORKSHOP - 25TH JULY 2PM - 4PM Start the summer season with creativity, calm, and a touch of nature in our Pressed Flower Pottery Class. This relaxing, hands-on workshop combines the beauty of botanicals with the timeless art of ceramics. During this guided session, you’ll work with soft clay slabs to create your own unique pottery piece — such as a trinket dish, small plaque or vase. Using carefully selected pressed flowers and foliage from our neighbours @themanorflorist, you’ll imprint delicate natural patterns into the clay, capturing the fine details of petals, leaves, and stems. Each piece becomes a one-of-a-kind botanical keepsake. No experience is necessary. Our instructor will walk you through shaping, smoothing, and designing your piece, ensuring you feel confident and inspired throughout the process. You’ll also choose from a selection of glazes to enhance the textures and bring your floral impressions to life. All materials, tools, glazing, and kiln firing are included. After firing, your finished piece will be ready for pickup — a beautiful, handcrafted reminder of a peaceful creative morning. Perfect for friends, solo creatives, or anyone looking to slow down and connect with nature through art. Adults only, Prosecco included.
