Each cannoli shell features hand-piped cherry blossom branches and flowers underneath a light dusting of confectioners sugar. Our traditional ricotta cream base is delicately perfumed with real sakura (cherry blossom), giving floral notes similar to rosewater, and balanced with sweet-tart amarena cherry pieces.
