The Nara Coat is a modernised, asymmetrical take on a double-breasted military trench coat. Its contemporary cut is balanced with classic details such as epaulettes and a removable throat latch that functions as a wind blocker. This iteration of the Nara Coat is cut with an oversized fit. Made in a heavyweight wool melton, the Nara maintains a sculptural shape, whether worn open or belted, due to the significant structure of the fabric. Hidden handwarmer pockets are placed behind the forward-facing front flap pockets. It is lined in a soft pure silk fabric for elevated comfort.
