This enhanced grip remains even after the plate cools, so most materials will not self-release. This is critical for hot-to-cold bed swap annealing workflows, where maintaining part stability and flatness during post-print thermal cycles is essential, especially for high-performance polymers such as TPI, ULTEM, PEEK, LCP, PAI, and PBI. *Parts will need to be removed manually once printing or annealing is complete.
