Ludlow Drop Huggies

Daily diamonds, worn close. Suspended from a short, curved bar, the Ludlow Drop Huggies hold a round brilliant lab-grown diamond just beneath the earlobe — close enough to hug the ear, free enough to catch the light — on a lever-back that clicks shut and stays put. The setting is Georgian: a collet of 14k white gold ringed with fine prongs, the way 18th-century jewelers topped gold with white metal so diamonds looked whiter. We kept the idea and went two-tone in solid 14k — a white gold head on a yellow gold lever-back. Not your grandmother's earrings, even if she'd recognize the setting. Diamond-forward and light on the ear — 0.5ctw, 1.5g per pair. Named for Ludlow Street, our founder's old block on the Lower East Side, and made to be stacked.
