The electric C7 Corvette electric steering rack is a great upgrade for your track car if you're looking to simplify your steering set up. Kit contents C7 steering rack (new racks are no longer available) LGR Standalone harness LGR power wire kit with OEM quick disconnect If C6, you will receive an adapter bracket and instructions to retrofit to C6. The Steering rack life needs to be monitored, as the internal assist belt can skip teeth on high downforce, high grip tire configurations. Rebuild at your own risk. Perfect examples of use cases we like: Drift cars, hot rods, autocross cars, DOT Tire'd road race cars. We ran this rack configuration in our Time Attack C7 for 2 seasons but there were occasional assist dropouts at tracks like VIR in the esses or Watkins glen uphill. YMMV.
