Metaglas glass, 232 psi (16 bar), -22 F to 536 F (-30 C to 280 C), per Metaglas's published ratings. Rayotek substituted when supply requires it, at 300 psi (20.7 bar). The Rayotek is the window named by part number in ECR-250902-R0 and the MetaClamp is not, so confirm the window with your certifier if you are matching an as built Top filter Your choice of 50, 25, 10 or 5 micron. We run a 10 micron Bottom spool 12 in, jacketed, 1/2 in FNPT jacket inlet and outlet. This is where the media goes Bottom filters Two sintered discs, a 5 micron over a 1 micron, so the media stays in the column Bottom lid One 3/8 in compression fitting with a ball valve on the outlet Retention Two perforated plates and four drop-in rings, one plate group at each end of the media bed Rack Its own rolling rack, so it does not need space on your extractor frame Gasket material is your choice of Buna-N, Viton or PTFE envelope. We recommend Viton. How to load it Build it from the bottom up. Both ends are built the same way as the bottom of a material column, just on finer discs. The column ships with both perforated plates and all four rings, so everything in this list is in the crate. Sintered discs at the outlet, a 5 micron with a 1 micron below it, each dull side up. Perforated plate. Filter paper. Two drop-in rings. Pack your media. Perforated plate on top of the media. Filter paper. Two drop-in rings, for weight. A 10 micron sintered disc on top, dull side up. The plate and the rings on top are what hold the bed compressed. Activated alumina, carbon and the packaged remediation blends will mix around and channel if the bed is loose, and a column that has shifted mid run is no longer doing what you packed it to do. The 10 micron disc at the top is finer than the 50 micron at the bottom of a material column, so you filter harder at this stage, and it caps the bed so media cannot rise into the oleoresin sitting above it. The full procedure for this column and for a material column is in How to Stack a Material Column and a CRC Column. Certification is a separate line item The column price above does not include certification Peer Review and Certification for the Aqua-Tech CRC is $3,250 and buys a 3P Certz Certificate of Conformance and a 3P Certz serial number tag Order it with the column if your jurisdiction, insurer or fire marshal wants a stamped file. Ask us and we will put it on the quote Fitment and media Plumbs into an existing closed loop hydrocarbon system between the material columns and the recovery vessel Comes complete and on its own rack, so it goes onto a running system without a rebuild Custom spool heights on inquiry. The 36 in over 12 in is the standard, not the limit Jacket runs on the same hot water or chilled circuit you already have, 1/2 in FNPT in and out Which media to pack it with is the question that decides your result. Read What CRC Media Should You Use? before you buy media Replacement filters: sintered filter plates and the perforated plate with rings Lead time and shipping 16 weeks 450 lb and 600 lb, so both ship LTL freight. Nothing is charged for freight at checkout, it is quoted and invoiced after the crate is measured Call 541-330-6409 if you want to talk through spool heights or media before you order
