ANGEL ENVY BOTTLE IN BOND 750ML

Angel’s Envy Bottled-in-Bond Cask Strength Bourbon Experience a historic milestone in the story of Angel’s Envy. For the very first time, we are stepping away from our signature secondary cask finishes to present our first-ever unfinished bourbon. Crafted by Master Distiller Owen Martin, this limited-edition release turns traditional whiskey-making on its head to achieve the ultimate paradox: a Cask Strength Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon. By legally mandated definition, a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey must be exactly 100 proof. Rather than adding water to drop the proof down, we carefully selected a rare handful of low-entry-proof barrels that naturally aged to exactly 100 proof straight out of the wood. The result is an incredibly rich, highly viscous, and unadulterated look at our true distillery character. The Palate: Thick, buttery, and remarkably viscous on the tongue. Sweet notes of honey latte, butterscotch, and warm baking spices—like cinnamon and clove—take center stage. The Finish: Elegant, soft, and long-lasting, leaving behind a sophisticated fade of leather, dry oak, and a subtle touch of peppery tobacco.
