As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Lyon is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, glazing, windows, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This model offers 16.2m² of floor space, Lugarde Prima construction, 44mm wall thickness, a glass sliding wall and two PJ23 windows. The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.58m, so where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit is critical, we can look at adjusting the bespoke specification before quoting.
