2025 Aligoté

Aligoté is Burgundy's other white grape, second to Chardonnay in plantings there and known for naturally high acidity. Ours is from Tualatin Breaks in the Willamette Valley: salty, briny, and made for the table. Winemaking 100% Aligoté. Direct pressed. Aged in a 2,000-liter oval oak cask. Vineyard Tualatin Breaks, Willamette Valley, Oregon Tasting Bright and refreshing, with pronounced salty and briny character, crisp acidity and a clean, savory finish.
