Our Weeknight Organic Dinners Box includes five of our bestselling meal kits, making it easy to put wholesome, nourishing meals on the table. Designed by our friend, nutritionist and wellness guru, Casey-Lee Lyons of Live Love Nourish, our recipes combine quality organic ingredients with simple, family-friendly cooking. All fresh produce is certified organic or spray-free from our amazing local farmers. Our meat comes from regenerative or organic farms, dairy is certified organic, and pantry items are either organic or the cleanest options we can find. What's in the Box? Contents change weekly so dinner time is never boring! This week's box includes: Easy Vegetarian Nachos (GF) Burger Bowls with Beet Relish (GF, DF) Butter chicken (GF, DF) Golden Zucchini + Haloumi Fritters (GF, DF) Shepherd's Pie (GF, DF) What You'll Need at Home You'll need a few everyday staples to complete your meals. These are not included in the box. Olive oil Salt and pepper 4 eggs: 1 for the burger bowls and 3 for the fritters Paprika Ground cumin Apple cider vinegar Honey Shredded cheese for the nachos Rice for the butter chicken Gluten-free flour for the fritters and Shepherd’s Pie Tomato paste Stock or broth Salad dressing, or lemon juice and olive oil Optional: avocado, sour cream, fresh coriander, and Greek or coconut yoghurt. Need to Make It Gluten Free? Simply leave us a note when placing your order and we'll swap your pasta for a gluten free alternative (unless all meals are already gluten-free, which most are!).
