HYM Root Turntable

A floorstanding turntable that stands on its own four legs. 60W across four drivers in an enlarged cabinet — the bigger chamber is what lets it fill rooms of 100m² (1,000 sq ft) and more Two 4″ mid-woofers and two 1″ silk-dome tweeters, 20% wider frequency coverage than typical speakers in its class Tri-point suspension, 103dB dynamic range, distortion under 0.8% Audio-Technica MM cartridge at 3g tracking force Solid ash frame, fabric-wrapped cabinet — crimson, pine green, walnut or black Big-Room Sound A vinyl system engineered for expansive living spaces —disguised as a refined side table. Designed to Live With You ROOT is co-created by HYM and renowned Asian industrial designer Vii CHEN (Chen Ruwei). The design intent is to blend into interiors like a quiet presence — ROOT transforms the traditional turntable into a piece of furniture. It doesn’t demand your attention; it lives with you. More than a sound system, ROOT redefines the relationship between music and space, making listening a natural part of everyday life. Designer Vii CHEN has won over 20 international design awards, including the Red Dot Design Award, iF Design Award, German Design Award, Japan’s Good Design Award (G-Mark), and the Golden Pin Design Award. 3-in-1 Design Turntable, Bluetooth speaker and furniture in one standing form.
