Experience the joy of carving your own unique wooden bowl in this hands-on workshop with expert woodsman Alex Finberg. Using green wood, you’ll learn to shape a freshly felled log into a beautiful and functional bowl, embracing the natural process of hand tool carving. We will be using gouges, mallets and edge tools to create a bowl that’s perfect for serving or display. This 2 day workshop is the perfect introduction to bowl carving and lends itself well to making smaller vessels.
