A cookie inspired by the classic Peach Melba 🍑❤️ Our Peach Melba Cookie is made with our chewy signature cookie dough and filled with a creamy peach filling made from peach purée and white chocolate, along with a fresh raspberry compote. Finally, the cookie is coated in tempered white Belgian chocolate for that perfect snap. The combination of sweet peach, slightly tart raspberry and creamy white chocolate creates a fresh and fruity cookie packed with the flavours of summer.
