Pair Of Copper Sculptures

Pair of large striking Japanese copper drip sculptures. These were made from the byproduct of the industrial smelting industry. As the molten copper drips down from the furnace, over time it creates a solid metallic column shaped like a geological stalagmite. Mounted on a display base, they were given as good luck ornaments for the home symbolising good luck in the form of wealth and prosperity. Approximately 60cm high
