Onion - Rosanna, 80 Pack

ONION SETS - ROSANNA Rosanna Pink is a distinctive onion variety producing round to slightly domed bulbs with attractive copper-pink skin and pink-blushed inner rings. Its crisp, tender flesh has a mild, subtly sweet and fruity flavour that bridges the sharper character of yellow onions with the gentleness of red varieties. The colourful bulbs are especially appealing sliced fresh into salads and sandwiches, while their balanced flavour also works beautifully for pickling and cooking. Plant the sets in full sun in early spring for a productive mid to late summer harvest. 80 Pack Unique Pink-Skinned Bulbs Mild Sweet Flavour Excellent Fresh or Pickled Hardiness Zone 5 - 9 Height 18" Sun Requirements Full Sun Fragrant No Deer Resistant Yes Plant Timing March - April Harvest Sept - Oct Plant Depth 1" Spacing 4"
