2023 Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon

WINE Dark cherry red rim to the core. Ripe currants and cassis upfront on the nose mildly enhanced by oak derived vanilla. Dry medium bodied, great fruit intensity of ripe currants dark berry fruits supported by subtle vanilla and toast shape the wine as it courses over the tongue. The fruit is hand-picked from young and old vine Fishbone Wilyabrup blocks, and is fermented in a combination of new and old French oak barrels and matured for 15 months.
