Introducing the white rainbow series: a place for coffees that don’t quite fit into our regular line-up but are not wild or weird enough for the black series either. The white series will be a home for unique, high end coffees processed in a more traditional style. These will all be exceptional coffees that we fell in love with, but might just be too expensive for your daily cup. Our new white rainbow release, frozen upon arrival at the roastery and profiled from frozen (we defrost the beans 1 day before roasting), this beautiful geisha from Angel Ortega tastes like honeysuckle and tropical fruits. It’s quite possibly the most juicy coffee we have released so far. This coffee also marks the start of a new collaboration with Semilla, this fantastic importer is an example for the industry in honesty and transparency in their sourcing and in their true dedication to the producers they work with. Angel Ortega and his family produce incredible coffees at a relatively low altitude in San Augustin, Huila and we hope to see their coffees return to our line-up year after year.
