Mitolife | Zinc Carnosine (+Copper)

This is the version of zinc is better fit for people who want gut support + mineral balance. Unlike regular zinc supplements, zinc carnosine was specifically developed to support the digestive tract and gut lining. Research has shown it may help support gut barrier integrity, digestive tissue repair, and overall gut health. Read more HERE and HERE What makes this formula different is the addition of copper. Zinc and copper work closely together in the body, and long-term zinc supplementation can affect copper levels. Including copper helps support a healthier mineral balance while still delivering the gut-support benefits of zinc carnosine. Because gut health influences digestion, nutrient absorption, immune function, and overall wellness, this is one of my favorite options for foundational gut support. I do recommend you don't randomly supplement, have your copper checked first. If you're looking for zinc carnosine by itself without copper, find it here: Mitolife | Zinc Carnosine This form of zinc is not that same as other forms that bring your zinc levels up. This one is specifially meant for the gut lining.
