On the palate it is balanced, crisp, mineral, and finishing with lively citrus and saline freshness. Ideal with shellfish, fresh pasta, light fish dishes, or creamy soft cheeses. Cold-fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months on fine lees to preserve fruit purity and texture.
