Arbosil ONE is a low-modulus, one-part, neutral-cure alkoxy silicone sealant that cures on exposure to moisture in the air to form a highly elastic silicone rubber. It is designed for a wide range of internal and external construction applications, including perimeter sealing, expansion joints, roofing and flashing, cladding, curtain walling and structural construction joints. Its excellent movement capability, strong adhesion and long-term resistance to weathering and UV exposure make it a reliable solution for demanding construction environments. Highly Elastic & Flexible: Low-modulus formulation accommodates movement of up to 100% in extension and 25% in compression. Easy Application: High-viscosity, non-sag formulation with excellent tooling and extended open-time properties. Excellent Adhesion: Bonds effectively to common construction substrates including metals, plastics, timber, masonry and soft metals. Durable Weather Protection: Engineered for long-term weather and UV resistance, making it suitable for demanding external applications.
