Ingredients: ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup 1 ½ oz vodka ½ oz fresh lime juice 2-3 dashes wintermelon bitters 2-3 oz ginger beer Instructions: Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to a shaker tin Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds Strain into a glass with ice Top with ginger beer Glass: highball Garnish: candied ginger
