Preserved lemons 380 g

Whole lemons preserved in brine. The peel turns soft and salty, the bitter edge disappears and what remains is a full citrus flavour that fresh lemon does not give. What do you use them with? Essential in a tagine with chicken and lemon, together with our tagine chicken with lemon mix. Also delicious with fish, in a salad or through a dressing. Tip: rinse the lemon briefly, remove the flesh and use only the peel, finely chopped. Start with half a lemon and taste, because the flavour is powerful. Ingredients Lemon, water, salt, vinegar, preservative: sodium metabisulphite. Storage: keep away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated. Net weight: 380 g, drained weight 250 g.
