Yellow Flower

Oil painting on canvas of a yellow flower in a pale vase, set against a dark background with a bright blue tabletop. We love the contrast between the vivid yellow blooms and the deep, moody tones behind them. The natural wood frame with its light inner edge is a lovely complement to the painting. Signed by G. Hedberg. The reverse bears a thank-you note dated 1963. Frame dimensions: 52*60 cm. The frame is included in the price and is in good vintage condition. Droit de suite is included in the price when applicable.
