Sonlight 5 Phonics Program

Contains advanced Readers paired with Language Arts. Build strong reading and writing skills. Learn how to organize ideas, explore a variety of writing strategies, and revise and refine finished work. Students gain experience with a broad range of writing forms while developing effective communication skills. This program features books at fifth grade reading level, but with content gentle enough for young readers. Your children will adventure in King Arthur's court, discover the secrets of a Civil War soldier, travel with a whale who is unable to speak to other whales, continue to develop a love of books and reading, and much more. The included Instructor's Guide (IG) gives you all the tools you need: schedule, lesson plans, Activity Sheets, teaching tips and more. Just follow the guide to teach reading, phonics, spelling, copywork and creative expression. Your guide also schedules the optional workbooks listed in the Recommended Items tab.
