Join us on 13 October for a CPD session and factory tour of CPAC Modular’s production facility in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. Step inside CPAC Modular’s production facility and see first-hand how Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) are transforming the way buildings are designed, manufactured and delivered. CPD Agenda Construction – Reasons for Change Evolution – Designing for manufacture & assembly Action Plan – MMC adoption Creativity – More than just a box BIM – MMC digital transformation ZEB – Is MMC sustainable and ready for 2050? Suitability – What is the criteria for MMC suitability Performance – How capable, faster and better is MMC? Innovation – What else matters? The session will provide valuable insight into the practical application of modular construction and the considerations involved in delivering projects using offsite manufacturing. This CPD is particularly relevant to Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Project Managers. There will be one hour of CPD content, a factory tour, then lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please note: Attendees will need to bring hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, hi-vis, and safety shoes – There is 5-point PPE on all sites and in the factory.
