The Painted Havdalah Plate from the Waterdale Collection carries the full text of Havdalah printed on crystal clear Lucite, in nusach Ashkenaz / Sefard. Soft watercolor art of a kiddush cup, a lit candle and an olive branch sits beside the text, under a gold הבדלה title. Set your kiddush cup, besamim and candle on the plate at the close of Shabbos, and the words are right there in front of you — no bencher to find, nothing to pass around. The clear Lucite reads cleanly against any tablecloth or wood. A piece of Judaica that comes out every single week, it makes a thoughtful hostess gift, a wedding or engagement gift, or a housewarming gift for a new Jewish home. Add engraving to make it personal.
