Skinless, boneless, and individually vacuum sealed. Ready to serve to your family. Portions are about 8 oz per package. Some will be slightly larger, and some slightly smaller. Harvested by our Fairweather Friends, Len and Anita, in Kodiak, Alaska. This single-boat catch is handled with the same care and quality we bring to our own family's deck.
