Ethiopie - Dimtu
This coffee comes from the Guji region of Ethiopia, specifically from the Dimtu Wate station at 2150m altitude. It is a washed variety of JARC and Heirloom beans, noted for notes of apricots, peaches, citrus, tea, and jasmine.
- The station is equipped with an eco-pulper Penagos that reduces water consumption while effectively removing mucilage.
