Gogmagog – El Salvador
This espresso is made from El Salvador beans grown in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range by the Alvarez family. The beans are washed and of the Red Bourbon variety, noted for stone fruits, citrus, dark chocolate, and cashew flavors at an elevation of 1300-1400masl.
