Narcissus – Derringer

Classification: 7 Y-Y [ Jonquilla ] 2003 Brent C. Heath Derringer – one of our very own seedlings, which has similar coloration of N. ‘Big Gun’, its ‘Mom’ and the wonderful fragrance of N. jonquilla, its ‘Dad’; produces two to three slightly-nodding flowers in mid-spring. The outer petals are a pale lemon-yellow, darkening towards the center and base, and surround a short, deep, orange-yellow cup; great in the garden and in pots.
