Tabali Pedrogoso Gran Reserva Rosé 2024
Tabali Pedrogoso Gran Reserva Rosé 2024 comes from a unique terroir just 24 km from the Pacific Ocean in the Limarí Valley, on alluvial and limestone soils. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir and vinified in stainless steel tanks, this rosé reveals remarkable freshness, a dry and precise palate, supported by elegant salinity that reinforces its gastronomic profile. Established in 2002 in Limarí, on the edge of the Atacama Desert, Tabalí is a pioneer of viticulture in this valley. The estate produces wines spanning Chile from east to west within the same valley, from its high-altitude Roca Madre vineyard in the Andes to the coastal Talinay vineyards near the Pacific Ocean. The range is crafted by winemaker Felipe Muller and viticulturist Hector Rojas. On the nose, rose petals, hibiscus, delicate cherries, raspberries, strawberries and wet stones. On the palate, fresh, crisp and dry, with beautiful salinity. It pairs with cherry tomato bruschetta or tuna tartare with pomegranate and lime. Serve between 7 and 9°C. Ageing potential of 3 years.
