Metal Tilt Latch for Upper Sash - Right Hand, 2-3/8" HousingThis is a replacement upper-sash tilt-in latch used on wood double-hung windows by Weather Shield, Peachtree, and other manufacturers. The housing measures 2-3/8" (60.3mm) long by 11/16" (17.5mm) wide, with a 3/8" (9.5mm) tip projection that engages the jamb liner to hold the sash in place.The latch is built from metal and plastic and comes in a goldtone finish. To remove, slide the thumb button back, insert a small flat screwdriver under the edge and lift the button up. Then remove the Phillips head screw and slide the latch out of the sash.Sold each.
