Nikka Coffey Gin 47% 70cl

Distilled in Nikka Whisky’s signature “Coffey Still”, the rich and mellow spirit at the heart of this gin is characterised by a luxurious and silky texture. Opens with bright, zesty yuzu and Japanese citrus, layered with soft juniper held well back from the lead. Ripe apple lends a gentle sweetness, while sansho pepper adds a faint, tingling spice beneath. The Coffey still distillation, traditionally used for whisky, gives it a smooth, rounded character on the nose, fresher and more citrus-driven than a classic London Dry, with fruit and spice taking centre stage over juniper.
