The Ancarani Albana di Romagna Secco "Santa Lusa" 2022 is an organic, skin-contact white wine from Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Made from 100% Albana, the region's flagship DOCG white grape. Dense, waxy texture with aromas of dried yellow flowers, honey, preserved lemon, and dried apricot. Long, dry, and savory with a distinct bitter-mineral salinity. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged for 12 months in concrete tanks with brief skin contact, and bottled unfined and unfiltered with near-zero sulfur.
