FireFox® 2 C WinTech

The FireFox® 2 C WinTech is a powerful pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet nut setting tool with integrated setting-process monitoring. Based on the proven TAURUS® C platform, it uses stroke and force sensors to analyse every installation and compare the result against a user-defined acceptance window. A coloured LED provides immediate feedback, while setting results can be recorded and transferred through a data connection for quality control and traceability. The system can even detect incompletely installed blind rivet nuts, helping manufacturers reduce rejects, prevent costly non-conforming components and improve process reliability. Delivering up to 22,000 N of setting force with a maximum 10 mm stroke, the FireFox 2 C WinTech is particularly suited to serial production, safety-critical components and automated setting processes.
