We developed this top-mount turbo kit to give Gen 2 B58 owners a complete, high-quality solution for serious street and race applications. Engineered for Flow and Sound Our Schedule 10 stainless steel manifold uses a true twin-scroll design developed with both exhaust flow and sound in mind. Many competing manifolds use major differences in runner length from one cylinder to another. We tested multiple runner configurations to determine how these differences affected turbo response, exhaust flow, and overall performance. During testing, we found that runner-length differences produced a negligible change in turbo response. Any small difference became even less noticeable as exhaust temperature increased during operation. Based on those results, we selected a runner configuration that maintains strong performance while producing a deeper and more refined exhaust tone. The result is a manifold designed to deliver the performance expected from a top-mount B58 system without the sharper and more uneven exhaust note commonly associated with manifolds that use large runner-length variations.
