Breathwork Coaching Bundle (Integrated Coach + Advanced Coach)

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE Integrated Coach Program 85+ hours of training over 6 months Live Weekend Training: 2 full day of training Online Via zoom (16 hours) Weekly Zoom Calls weeks 1-12: 1.5 Hours per week for 12 weeks (18 hours) Self Practice Daily Breathwork 3-7x per week: You will be given homework for daily self practice 30 minutes per day Self-Paced Materials: Access videos, worksheets, and exercises to reinforce your learning. Weekly check-ins: Mandatory Weekly check ins via WhatsApp Partner Practice Calls (Week 1-12): Starting in week 1, you will be assigned a weekly partner who is also studying to get certified to do a weekly practice session (24 hours) Week 10: Begin With Your 1st Practice Client Final Examination: You will need to demonstrate and submit session notes and logs for two peer practice partners and three practice clients for final marking, feedback, and certification. Exclusive Access: Access to exclusive WhatsApp community for support and questions in between calls. Monthly Call: Monthly facilitator Coaching call for 3 months after training. (3 hours) WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE Advanced COACHING Program Approximately 65+ hours over 4–5 months Live Online Intensive: Two full days of advanced training delivered live via Zoom (16 hours) 12 Weeks of Live Advanced Coaching Calls: Weekly 1.5-hour sessions focused on subconscious work, core wounds, emotional reprocessing, and shadow integration (18+ hours) Partner Practice: Ongoing peer coaching practice to develop precision and confidence guiding advanced-level sessions Advanced MindWork & Reprogramming Tools: Structured frameworks for belief reprocessing, core wound discovery, unmet needs, and identity-level change Subconscious & Emotional Processing Techniques: Learn how to navigate emotionally charged clients with stability and depth Real Client Application: Begin working with practice clients under mentorship and feedback Final Assessment & Certification: Submission of session logs and demonstrated competency for certification Ongoing Community & Mentorship: Access to facilitator community and continued mentorship support
