UBIQUE is the response to Ubi Es: it means “Everywhere.” On the nose and on the palate, flavors and aromas that characterize the grape varieties of the wine, blend in a sinuous dance. From the pear and almond milk of Friulano, to the white flowers and citrus scents of Ribolla Gialla, passing through the intriguing notes of mint and white thorn of Malvasia up to a delicate closing of the bouquet that recalls the honeycomb full of honey produced with all the Picolit wildflowers. The subtle and delicate presence of minerality in this wine makes it very complex and elegant.
