The page backing is the core case, with storage compartments for your notions and cables, with one or two spots where you can attach your velcro tab(s). You can build a new page for your Needle or Crochet Binder that fits exactly what you need. You can also update a page you already have to fit a new needles or hooks set. These were not originally designed to fit a specific needle set, but were instead designed to fit all the spares of your favorite sizes.
