Freshly harvested and the direct successor to our Gathaithi AB is the Thikagiki AB. Also an AB-sorted bean, we find fresh fruit aromas of cassis and rhubarb in the cup, complemented by a lovely sweetness and floral notes. Body, sweetness, and acidity are harmoniously integrated, making this lot a very good all-rounder for all brewing methods, whether pure as espresso, pour-over, or in combination with milk drinks.
