DuPont BETAPRIME 5504G is a professional, no-shake, all-in-one black primer designed to simplify automotive glass replacement. It prepares common aftermarket bonding surfaces for BETASEAL urethane adhesive systems while promoting strong, durable adhesion. The versatile formula can be used on automotive glass, ceramic frit, painted pinchwelds, paint nicks and scratches, bare metal, and RIM, PVC, or PAAS encapsulations. It is also suitable for treating larger exposed-metal areas during mobile and in-shop installations. Never return a used dauber to the bottle, as contamination can cause the primer to gel. Replace the cap immediately after use. Helpful Tips The primer has a 14-day open life when handled and stored correctly. It must not be used after the expiration date printed on the bottle.
