The Soffban Natural is a specialized orthopaedic undercast padding designed for maximum comfort and skin protection during immobilization. Core Material Specifications Composition: 100% rayon fleece (natural viscose fibers). Dimensions: 100 mm width x 3 m length (Standard 10 cm roll). Sterility: Non-sterile as standard, but autoclavable for use in sterile surgical theaters without removing the paper wrapping. Latex Status: 100% Latex-free. Texture: Soft, high-loft structure that "feathers" out easily for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish. Performance Characteristics Absorbency: Highly effective at wicking away sweat and wound exudate, which significantly reduces the risk of skin maceration. Conformability: Specifically engineered to shape around difficult anatomical contours like joints (knees, elbows) and bony prominences.
