The non-refundable retainer clause is a provision in a contract identifies the amount of the payment that the photographer is allowed to keep to reserve the client’s date of the session This is not a full contract. This is only a provision to be added to your existing services contract. IMPORTANT: If you already have a contract from TheLawTog®, you do not need this provision; it is already included in your contract language.
