HGWW Sip & Stroll 29th August

My mega babes! Hot Girl Wellness Walk August Edition is coming this coming on Saturday 29th August & it’s going to be AMAZING! Sip & Stroll is going to be just the tonic you need for these busy summer days, (& it’ll be the perfect way to round-off the summer holidays!). Summer is all about going with the flow, breathing it all in & taking things a bit easier! The Winter months are long, so we are absolutely allowed to bask in the beautiful rays! It’s also sooo great to keep your beautiful body hydrated with lovely electrolytes & I am soooo delighted to tell you that we will be enjoying the Poppi Raspberry Rose soda at the August HGWW. I have created the most magical walk which will include a 4km beach stroll, a mini beach meditation (with the waves as our calming soundtrack), plus we’ll be enjoying Poppi sodas to quench & hydrate! These yummy drinks are low in sugar & contain a splash of apple cider vinegar & plant-based prebiotic fibre. The Hot girl Wellness Walk is always such a vibe & I am so proud of all of the new friendships that have been made. Please note that you can join this walk for free, but it will not include the Punchy Mango drink or the beach meditation. Please purchase your £5 ticket by Thursday 27th for the drink & meditation option. INFORMATION: We will meet at Goat Ledge mural benches at 9am & we will walk towards the Old Town & back. We will go to the beach for the meditation, accessed via Bottle Alley. The walk will be around 45 minutes in total, at a medium pace. The meditation will be around 10 minutes in total & there will be time afterwards to relax at the beach if you wish. The walk plus meditation will be around 1 hour. Please note that the walk is open to all girlies, littlens, buggies. The route is flat & buggy-friendly. *The walk itself is free, the extras (drinks & meditation) are the chargeable parts of the event, therefore, your safety is your responsibility.
