This washed coffee from Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region is bright, delicate, and highly aromatic. A floral note (think coffee blossom) leads into a cranberry-like fruit character, with a restrained acidity that lifts the cup. The body stays light and rooibos tea-like, with subtle sweetness that becomes more noticeable as the cup cools. The finish is soft and clean, giving the coffee a composed, refreshing character from start to finish.
